Directions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2In a very large bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, breakfast sausage, milk, and the biscuit mix from the box.
  3. 3Mix all ingredients together with your hands until combined.
  4. 4Portion the mixture into a muffin pan, filling the space without overfilling, and bake at 350 degrees.
  5. 5Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish and stir in the additional seasoning packet from the biscuit mix box.
  6. 6Brush the melted seasoned butter over the hot muffins.

  • 1 pound cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1/2 stick butter

Equipment

Tips

  • You can throw the seasoning packet directly into the mixture when combining ingredients if you prefer not to use it as a butter baste.
  • If using metal trays, you might want to spray them with cooking spray.
  • You can use an aluminum tray lined with parchment paper if you do not have a muffin pan.
