1Make the noisette butter, which is butter that's cooked in a saucepan over medium heat until it's melted, has stopped bubbling, and has taken on a golden color.
2Take off heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
3Add chocolate.
4Mix and put aside.
5In a mixer, crack the eggs and add white and brown sugar.
6Beat the eggs at low speed to dissolve sugar without incorporating air.
7Sift flour, cacao, coffee and salt.
8Mix eggs with chocolate and then the dry ingredients.
9Place baking paper, wrinkled, on baking mold.
10Pour mixture in baking mold and take to the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
11Let cool and unmold.
