Directions

  1. 1قطع الطماطم الملون شرائح و تصفيفها في طبق التقديم
  2. 2تحضير البستو في الخلاط: نصف شدة من النعناع، أربعة فصوص ثوم، نصف كوب زيت زيتون، رشة ملح، ربع كوب فستق، ربع قطعة جبنة بارميزان، وخلط المكونات.
  3. 3توزيع البستو على الطماطم مع رشة ملح و زيت زيتون.
  4. 4وضع جبنة البورياتا في الوسط.
  5. 5توزيع خل البلسمك على الأطراف.
  6. 6تقديم السلطة.

  • 1 جبنة البورياتا
  • 0.5 شدة نعناع
  • 4 فصوص ثوم
  • 0.5 كوب زيت الزيتون
  • 1 رشة ملح

  • 1 خل البلسمك
