Directions

  1. 1Warm up 2 cups of whole milk and pour it into a mixing bowl.
  2. 2Add 14g of quick-rise yeast (or two packets) to the milk.
  3. 3Mix the milk and yeast together and set a timer for about 8 minutes to activate the yeast.
  4. 4Once the yeast has bloomed, add 4 cups of all-purpose flour to the mixture.
  5. 5Add 2 tablespoons of salt to the bowl.
  6. 6Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the bowl.
  7. 7Combine all ingredients and knead the dough for 7-8 minutes using a mixer or by hand.
  8. 8Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise on the counter for about 2 hours until it doubles in size.
  9. 9Grease the disposable round foil pizza pans with olive oil.
  10. 10Divide the dough into balls and shape them into 12-inch rounds using a rolling pin or your hands.
  11. 11Place the shaped dough into the foil pizza pans.
  12. 12Par-bake the pizza crusts in the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes.
  13. 13Remove the par-baked crusts from the oven.
  14. 14Spread pizza sauce evenly over each par-baked crust.
  15. 15Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  16. 16Add desired toppings such as pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and sausage.
  17. 17Wrap the finished pizzas in plastic wrap before freezing.
