Warm up 2 cups of whole milk and pour it into a mixing bowl.

Add 14g of quick-rise yeast (or two packets) to the milk.

Mix the milk and yeast together and set a timer for about 8 minutes to activate the yeast.

Once the yeast has bloomed, add 4 cups of all-purpose flour to the mixture.

Add 2 tablespoons of salt to the bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the bowl.

Combine all ingredients and knead the dough for 7-8 minutes using a mixer or by hand.

Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise on the counter for about 2 hours until it doubles in size.

Grease the disposable round foil pizza pans with olive oil.

Divide the dough into balls and shape them into 12-inch rounds using a rolling pin or your hands.

Place the shaped dough into the foil pizza pans.

Par-bake the pizza crusts in the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes.

Remove the par-baked crusts from the oven.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over each par-baked crust.

Tips
