Fried Pork Chops in Sauce

Directions

  1. 1Add 4 pieces of pork into a bowl.
  2. 2Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper to the pork.
  3. 3Mix everything so the seasonings coat the meat well.
  4. 4Place the seasoned pork into a pan with a bit of hot oil.
  5. 5Fry for about 10 minutes.
  6. 6Flip the pork to cook the other side.
  7. 7Remove the cooked pork from the pan and place it on a plate.
  8. 8Using the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt.
  9. 9Add 1 chopped onion to sauté.
  10. 10Add 2 grated garlic cloves and mix with the onion.
  11. 11In a bowl, add the juice of 1 orange, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.

  13. 13Pour the sauce into the pan with the onions and mix with the other ingredients.
  14. 14Add the meat back into the pan with the sauce.
