  2. 2Using a pestle and mortar, crush the cookie halves into a fine powder.
  3. 3In a bowl, mix the powdered Oreos with softened butter.
  4. 4Roll the mixture into a flat layer and wrap it into a roll.
  5. 5In another bowl, whisk together cream and powdered sugar.
  6. 6Spread the cream mixture over the Oreo layer.
  7. 7Roll up the mixture to form a log.
  8. 8Cut the log into slices.
  9. 9Top with cream and chocolate syrup.
