Directions

  1. 1Add 12 grams of unflavored gelatin to a bowl.
  2. 2Add 40 grams of strawberry-flavored gelatin.
  3. 3Add 250 milliliters of hot water.
  4. 4Mix these ingredients very well.
  5. 5Add 500 grams of refined sugar.
  6. 6Beat very well until this mixture doubles in volume.
  7. 7Transfer this mixture to a mold greased with margarine and sugar.
  8. 8Sprinkle a little sugar on top.
  9. 9Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  10. 10Unmold it.
  11. 11Sprinkle a little more sugar.
  12. 12Cut the marshmallow into desired pieces.
