Directions
- 1Prepare two doughs, one with strawberry flavouring and one without. Roll them out and cut out hearts using cookie cutters.
- 2Place smaller hearts from the plain dough into the bigger hearts of the strawberry dough. Then place smaller hearts from the strawberry dough into the bigger hearts of the plain dough. Repeat this process to get a pattern.
- 3Bake the cookies. Once they are cooled down, fill the heart cutouts with strawberry jam.

- 100 g icing sugar
- 200 g plain flour
- 50 g cornflour
- 1 tsp vegan strawberry flavouring
- 200 g strawberry jam
