Directions

  1. 1Sauté some onions, garlic and seasonings in a little bit of oil until soft.
  2. 2Add cream cheese and melt until it looks like this.
  3. 3Stream in a little vegetable broth and then bring that up to a simmer.
  4. 4Stir in the gnocchi and your broccoli.
  5. 5Stir to coat and then we're going to add all the cheese.
  6. 6Transfer the whole thing to the oven and bake it until it looks like this.
