Directions

  1. 1Combine five-spice powder, cinnamon sticks, monosodium glutamate, sugar, chicken bouillon powder, chili powder, pork floss, dried shrimp, and panko breadcrumbs in a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2Steam and mash the salted egg yolks in a separate container.
  3. 3Incorporate the mashed salted egg yolks into the seasoning mixture.
  4. 4Process the combined mixture in a blender until thoroughly blended.
