Season warm rice with sushi rice seasoning and fold into the rice.

Spread rice into a 9x13 dish and top with half the furikake.

Mix cottage cheese, mayo, sriracha, crab, salmon, cucumber, and green onion in a bowl.

Spread the mixture over the rice base, then drizzle with unagi sauce and the remaining furikake.

Bake at 400°F for 10–15 minutes, then serve warm with nori.
Ingredients
3 cup cooked white rice
1 package sushi rice seasoning
1/2 cup cottage cheese, blended
1/4 cup kewpie mayo
1-2 tbsp sriracha
6 oz imitation crab
8 oz grilled salmon, flaked
1 whole egg
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup green onion
2+ tbsp unagi sauce
1/4 cup furikake
nori (optional)

Tips
If you do not have sushi rice seasoning, mix 3 tbsp rice vinegar, 3 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp salt until dissolved.
Add more Kewpie mayo if desired.
