Directions

- 4Place potatoes in oven and bake for 10 minutes, flip, then bake for another 10 minutes.
- 5Season steak with kosher salt and Dan-O's Primo seasoning.
- 6Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- 7Sear steak for 3-4 minutes on each side, adding butter during the last minute of cooking.
- 8Halve asparagus and toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and Dan-O's Cajun seasoning.
- 9Steam asparagus under a lid for 5 minutes.
