Death By Chocolate
Directions
- 1Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
- 2Let cool 5 minutes.
- 3Add sugar and mix.
- 4Add egg and vanilla extract and mix.
- 5Add flour, salt, and mini chocolate chips and mix.
- 6Pour into a prepared cast iron skillet.
- 7Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 12-15 minutes.
- 8Add cocoa nibs.
- 9Add a scoop of ice cream on top of the brownie and top with hot fudge sauce.

- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.25 cup flour
- 0.5 tsp kosher salt
- 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tsp cocoa nibs
- 1 scoop ice cream
- 2 tbsp hot fudge sauce
