Place four chicken breasts into the crockpot.

Add one jar of salsa to the chicken in the crockpot.

Add minced dehydrated onion to the crockpot.

Add approximately 1.5 metric tons (a metric ton and a half) of jarred garlic to the crockpot.

Add one to two packets of taco seasoning to the crockpot.

Stir the contents of the crockpot well.

Cover the crockpot and cook on high for four hours.

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks.

Reserve about a cup of the cooking liquid from the crockpot.

Melt some butter in a saucepan.

Add two cups of rice to the melted butter and toast it.

Add approximately one cup of the reserved salsa liquid from the crockpot into the rice.

Add two cups of water and then an additional one and a half cups of water to the rice.

Cover the rice and allow it to cook.

Pour one jar of salsa verde into a separate pan.

Add approximately one cup of sour cream to the salsa verde.

Whisk the salsa verde and sour cream together, then turn on the heat and simmer for a minute or two.

Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.

Pour some green enchilada sauce into the bottom of the casserole dish.

Take a flour tortilla and fill it with shredded chicken and some cheese.

Roll each filled enchilada and place it into the casserole dish.

Top the enchiladas with more green enchilada sauce.

Cover the enchiladas generously with shredded cheese.

Bake the enchiladas in an oven until they are golden brown and bubbly.

Serve the green chicken enchiladas with rice.

Tips
Wash your hands after touching raw meat.
Don't overdo cooking in the slow cooker; most dishes don't need to cook all day.
