Directions
1
Cut 1 1/2 lbs of chicken into smaller pieces. Add 1 tbsp of The Blend seasoning (garlic, salt, and pepper), and 1/2 cup of corn starch. Mix it in.
2
In a pan with some oil on low-medium heat, cook the chicken until browned. This takes about 12 minutes.
3
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: 1/3 cup of soy sauce, 3 tbsp of honey, 1/3 cup of water, and 5 minced garlic cloves. Whisk it together.
4
After 12 minutes, take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside.
5
In the same pan, fry 1/2 white onion and 2 jalapeños for a couple of minutes.
6
Add the cooked chicken to the pan with the onions and jalapeños.
7
Add the sauce to the pan and mix it all in.
8
Bring to a boil, cover, and cook until the sauce has thickened. This should take about 4 minutes.
9
Serve on a bed of white rice.
