Fudgy Chocolate Brownies
Directions
- 1Melt the chocolate and butter together in a mixing bowl.
- 2In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- 3Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, and mix well.
- 4Sift the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, salt) and gently fold them into the wet ingredients.
- 5Add chopped chocolate pieces into the batter.
- 6Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
- 7Let the brownies cool completely before cutting and serving.
