Directions

  1. 1Wash the potatoes.
  2. 2Poke the potatoes.
  3. 3Bathe the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4Cover the potatoes with aluminum foil and put them in the oven.
  5. 5Clean and season the rib eye steak.
  6. 6Remove the potatoes from the oven, cut them open, and scoop out the inside into a separate bowl.
  7. 7Add black pepper, salt, green scallions, garlic paste, butter, sour cream, and cheese to the scooped-out potato flesh and mix it all up.
