Press the wonton wrappers into a muffin tin.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 6–8 minutes, until lightly golden and crisp.

Heat the olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic, then the shrimp, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 2–3 minutes, just until the shrimp turn pink.

Chop the cooked shrimp into small pieces.

Mix with the cream (or mayonnaise) and half of the shredded cheese.

Spoon the shrimp mixture into the wonton cups.

Top with the remaining cheese.

Bake for 5–7 minutes, until bubbly and melted.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tbsp cream or mayonnaise
0.5 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
Paprika or chili flakes
Fresh parsley, chopped
