Directions
- 1Cook your noodles. Make sure to reserve a cup of hot noodle water.
- 2In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Add hot pasta water to create a liquidy sauce.
- 3Add the noodles and mix.
- 4Garnish with chili oil, scallions, and peanuts.

- 8 oz noodles
- 2 tbsp crunchy or creamy peanut butter
- 3 garlic minced
- 3 tbsp tahini - liquidy
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 lime juice
- 2 tbsp green onions/ scallions
- 1 tbsp chopped peanuts
- 0.25 cup hot noodle water
