Directions

  1. 1Add fresh strawberries to a sanitized vessel.
  2. 2Add honey.
  3. 3Add water, leaving some space at the top.
  4. 4Prepare brewers yeast in a small bowl.
  5. 5Add the prepared yeast and yeast nutrient to the jar.
  6. 6Mix well.
  7. 7Add a cap with an airlock to allow gas to escape.
  8. 8Set aside in a dark place and let ferment for at least a month.

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package brewers yeast
  • 1 yeast nutrient
