Spoon the filling into each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute to form a smooth base.

Slowly whisk in the chicken broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.

Remove from heat and gently stir in the sour cream and diced green chilies until creamy and smooth.

Tips
