Directions
- 1In a saucepan, combine cherries, sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- 2In a cup, add ice cubes.
- 3Pour the cherry mixture over the ice cubes.
- 4Prepare two shots of espresso.
- 5Add milk to the cup.
- 6Pour the prepared espresso shots into the cup.
- 7In a measuring cup, add heavy cream and cherry mixture. Mix with a hand mixer until frothy.
- 8Pour the frothy mixture into the cup and add a straw.
