Red Velvet Cupcake
Directions
- 1Combine egg and sugar, beat/stir until smooth pale yellow.
- 2Add the liquids milk, oil and vanilla—mix well.
- 3Add all dry ingredients flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt—mix until batter becomes smooth.
- 4Add the red velvet flavouring and mix until well distributed.
- 5Line your cupcake pan with medium size cupcake liner and scoop 2tbsp batter and pour it to the liners.
- 6Bake at 160C for 12 minutes.

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 Pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 0.25 cup milk
- 0.25 cup vegetable oil
- 0.5 tsp red velvet flavouring/color
