1Preheat your oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2Add the Greek yogurt and honey to a large bowl, and mix to combine.
3Add in the all purpose flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
4Pour in the raisins and using your hands, knead until all the raisins are sticking to the dough.
5Gently flour your surface and sprinkle 1/2 a tbsp of the coconut sugar, place your dough on top and sprinkle the other 1/2 tbsp of coconut sugar on top of the dough.
6Knead the dough until everything is formed together. If your hands become sticky, just gently flour the dough again before continuing.
7Divide the dough into 3, make them into bagel shapes and place on the baking sheet.
8Gently coat the tops of the bagels with melted butter
9Bake in the oven for 24 minutes. Once the timer is up, rotate the pan, close the oven door and set temperature to 400. Don’t wait for it to preheat, and immediately start your timer for 8 minutes.
10Let cool COMPLETELY (leave them for a few hours) before cutting open.
