Directions

  1. 1Add white onion to a bowl.
  2. 2Add green onion to the bowl.
  3. 3Add cilantro to the bowl.
  4. 4Add orange juice to the bowl.
  5. 5Add apple vinegar to the bowl.
  6. 6Add soy sauce, seasoning juice, and english sauce to the bowl.
  7. 7Add green chili to the bowl.
  8. 8Mix well all the ingredients in the bowl.
  9. 9Add the mix to the cecina.

  • 400 g cecina
  • 1 taza orange juice
  • 2 cucharadas vinegar
  • 0.25 taza cebolla cambray
  • 0.25 taza cebolla blanca
  • 0.25 taza tallos de la cebolla cambray
  • 0.25 taza cilantro
  • al gusto chile verde
  • 0.33 taza salsa de soya
  • 2 cucharadas jugo sazonador
  • 1 cucharada salsa inglesa
  • 0.25 taza agua
  • cebolla frita
