Directions

  1. 1Melt chocolate and cream in the microwave, stirring gently until smooth.
  2. 2Chop one pack of Oreos into quarters and set aside.
  3. 3Crush another pack of Oreos finely.
  4. 4Mix the crushed Oreos with 1/6 of the ganache and press this into the base of a cake tin.
  5. 5Fold the chopped Oreos into the remaining ganache, saving a handful for the topping, then pour it onto the base.
  6. 6Sprinkle Oreos around the edges and refrigerate until set.

  • 300 ml double (heavy) cream
  • 150 g Oreos
