Directions
- 1Melt chocolate and cream in the microwave, stirring gently until smooth.
- 2Chop one pack of Oreos into quarters and set aside.
- 3Crush another pack of Oreos finely.
- 4Mix the crushed Oreos with 1/6 of the ganache and press this into the base of a cake tin.
- 5Fold the chopped Oreos into the remaining ganache, saving a handful for the topping, then pour it onto the base.
- 6Sprinkle Oreos around the edges and refrigerate until set.
