Brown Butter Espresso Brownies
Directions
- 1Brown the butter in a pot for 15 minutes on medium heat.
- 2In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, espresso, and salt.
- 3In a different bowl, add the browned butter, chocolate chips, white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla paste.
- 4Mix the chocolate mixture until chocolate is melted.
- 5Sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- 6Mix until combined.
- 7Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- 8Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
