Directions
- 1Brown 1 pound of ground beef in a frying pan.
- 2Add 1 packet of taco seasoning or 3 tablespoons of homemade taco seasoning to the ground beef.
- 3Add 1 cup of salsa and 4 ounces of cream cheese to the ground beef mixture.
- 4Stir until everything is melted and combined.
- 5Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- 6Add half of a 15 ounce can of red enchilada sauce to the baking dish.
- 7Cook a box of jumbo pasta shells.
- 8Stuff the taco mixture into the cooked shells.
- 9Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish on top of the enchilada sauce.
- 10Top with the other half of the enchilada sauce.
- 11Sprinkle 2 cups of fiesta blend cheese over the top.
- 12Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
