Grab a head of cabbage and cut it into six pieces, making sure to cut it from the core so it doesn't fall apart.

Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.

In the same skillet with the bacon fat, pan-sear the cabbage until golden brown.

Remove the seared cabbage and set it aside on a plate.

In the same skillet, add butter, onion, and minced garlic, then fry for about 30 seconds.

Add cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and chicken broth with cornstarch slurry to the skillet and stir.

Add Cajun and Creole seasoning to taste.

Add the seared cabbage back into the creamy sauce.

Add the cooked bacon and some fresh parsley.

Grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the cabbage.

Bake the dish for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
