Directions
- 1Arrange some mozzarella discs and bake at 350 for about 5 minutes.
- 2Sauté some ground beef and season it to your choice until it's cooked.
- 3In a separate bowl, add cream cheese, ground beef, and some sour cream.
- 4Mix together and then your disc should be ready to go.
- 5Stuff them.
- 6Wrap everything like a warm blanket.
- 7Add a little oregano and put it back in the oven and broil for another minute until everything's sealed.
