2In a bowl, whisk together 250g of flour, 50g of cocoa, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of ginger, and 1/2 teaspoon of grated nutmeg.
3Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
4Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil and 1 egg yolk to the mixture and continue whisking.
5Roll out the dough and cut out round cookies.
6Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
7Prepare the frosting by whisking together 1 egg white or water, 100g icing sugar, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
8Dip the cooled cookies in the frosting and let them dry in the oven's residual heat.
