Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Layer pepperoni, 1/6 of the cheese, 1/6 of the sausage, and 1/6 of the bacon on the baking sheet. Repeat to make six stacks. Sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning.
  3. 3Place baking sheet into the oven and bake for 8 minutes.
  4. 4Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes. Roll each stack into a burrito and serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk mozzarella, shredded
  • 6 large pepperoni slices
  • 0.25 cup cooked Italian sausage
  • 0.25 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 pinch Italian herb seasoning
  • 1 serving Buttermilk Ranch Dressing or marinara for dipping
