Cheese Wrapped Hotdogs

Directions
- 1Set one side of grill or griddle to medium heat and the other side to low.
- 2Add hotdogs to the medium heat side and griddle or grill to your liking.
- 3Steam the buns.
- 4Add a small handful of cheese to the low heat section of the griddle in a 4x4 inch square.
- 5Add a hotdog to one end of the cheese crust, cook until a crust forms, then roll the hotdog up in the cheese.
- 6Place the cheese-wrapped hotdog in a bun.

- 1 pack bun length hotdog
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 pack hotdog bun
- sweet relish (optional)
- hot pepper (optional)
- mustard (optional)
