Directions
- 1Unroll the pizza dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread a layer of cheese over one half of the dough.
- 2Fold the other half of the dough over the cheese to close it.
- 3Cut the dough into stick shapes using a knife or bench scraper.
- 4Sprinkle additional cheese over the top of the sticks.
- 5Bake at 375°F until golden.
- 6Combine melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small pot, then brush the mixture over the hot breadsticks.
