Directions

  1. 1نزع النواة من التمر.
  2. 2نقع التمر في ماء ساخن لمدة 5 دقائق.
  3. 3طحن التمر حتى يصل إلى قوام المعجون.
  4. 4في قدر، أضف الحليب البارد.
  5. 5أضف القرفة.
  6. 6أضف الفانيلا.
  7. 7أضف بودرة السحلب.
  8. 8حرك المزيج.
  9. 9أضف معجون التمر الذي تم تحضيره.
  10. 10استمر في التحريك حتى يغلي المزيج ويصل إلى القوام المطلوب.

  • 1 م ص فانيلا
  • 1 م ص مسحوق السحلب
  • 12 حبة تمر متوسطة الحجم
  • 1 م ص قرفة
  • جوز هند
  • جوز عين جمل
