Directions
- 1Grab a pot and get the dairy (half and half and whole milk) on a low heat.
- 2Bring the dairy up to a steam, not a boil. If you boil it, you've messed up.
- 3Add in the instant coffee, cocoa, and peanut butter powder.
- 4Add a small portion of the warm dairy back into the powders and make a nice paste to prevent clumps.
- 5Combine the created paste back into the cream, ensuring none is left behind.
- 6Add the caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought) and the sweetened condensed milk.
- 7Add a pinch of salt.
- 8Whisk in condensed milk, caramel sauce, salt, and the paste until fully smooth.
- 9Immersion blend for 5 to 10 seconds for best results.
- 10Off the heat, add in the vanilla extract and any optional extracts like almond and butter extract.
- 11Chill the mixture for at least one hour; overnight is best.
- 12Don't forget to shake before use.
