Directions
- 1Mash the bananas into a puree.
- 2Simmer in a pan with lemon juice, brown sugar and water.
- 3Prepare the egg carton and line it with puff pastry.
- 4Make indentations using an egg.
- 5Fill all the indentations with banana puree and blueberries.
- 6Add milk chocolate and cover the filling with pastry.
- 7Invert the pie onto the baking tray and trim the edges.
- 8Brush with egg and bake for 30 minutes.
