Directions

  1. 1Mash the bananas into a puree.
  2. 2Simmer in a pan with lemon juice, brown sugar and water.
  3. 3Prepare the egg carton and line it with puff pastry.
  4. 4Make indentations using an egg.
  5. 5Fill all the indentations with banana puree and blueberries.
  6. 6Add milk chocolate and cover the filling with pastry.
  7. 7Invert the pie onto the baking tray and trim the edges.
  8. 8Brush with egg and bake for 30 minutes.
