Directions

  1. 1In a food processor, add cottage cheese, peanut butter, and honey; blend until smooth.
  2. 2Spoon the mixture into six serving bowls.
  3. 3Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until fully melted.
  4. 4Spoon melted chocolate onto each parfait.
  5. 5Top with chopped nuts.
  6. 6Refrigerate until chocolate sets.

  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 0.25 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 0.33 cup chopped nuts
