Marry Me Chicken and Rice

Directions

  1. 1Cube up a pound of chicken.
  2. 2Cook chicken in a little butter with seasonings until fully cooked.
  3. 3Add busy people garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. 4Stir in one cup of rinsed rice and two cups of chicken broth.
  5. 5Use your spatula to drown all the rice.
  6. 6Throw on the lid and flip it to medium low for about 15 minutes.
  7. 7Once the rice has given you zero cap and crunch vibes, kill the heat.
  8. 8Pour in half a cup of heavy cream and a handful of mozzarella.
  9. 9Stir that all together.
  10. 10Top it with a little bit more cheese and some dried parsley.
  11. 11Pop in the oven for just a couple minutes to get that melted.

  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 0.33 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup long grain white rice, rinsed
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • dried parsley

Tips

  • To get kids to eat sun-dried tomatoes, convince them they aren't poisonous.
  • To ensure rice is cooked properly, make sure it is drowned in liquid.
