Directions

  1. 1Add 1 tsp of honey to a glass.
  2. 2Add 1 tsp of Ceylon cinnamon.
  3. 3Add 1 tsp of lemon juice powder.
  4. 4Add 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with the mother.
  5. 5Add blueberry extract.
  6. 6Add 1 cup of warm to hot water.
  7. 7Stir well to mix all ingredients.
