Directions

  1. 1Cortar en cubitos cuatro zanahorias, un pedazo de jengibre y un limón. Sacarle bien la cáscara al limón, un poquito de lo blanco también.
  2. 2Meter todo en la licuadora.
  3. 3Agregar una cucharada de cúrcuma y dos vasos de agua.
  4. 4Batir todo.
  5. 5Poner la mezcla en una hielera y llevar al freezer hasta que se endurezca.
  6. 6Una vez que se endurece, poner todo en una bolsita.
  7. 7Agregar agua caliente o fría, y una cucharadita de miel (opcional).

  • 1 cucharada cúrcuma
  • 2 vasos agua
  • 1 cucharadita miel
