Directions
- 1Add ice cubes to a glass, then add 2 spoons of instant coffee powder.
- 2Fill the glass with oolong tea until it is about 80-90% full and stir to mix.
- 3In a separate container, add 50ml of heavy cream and a pinch of salt.
- 4Use a milk frother to lightly whip the cream mixture until it thickens but still flows.
- 5Pour the salted cream mixture over the prepared coffee.
- 6Sprinkle with caramel bits for added sweetness.
