Directions

  1. 1Add a can of French onion soup to the bottom of a casserole dish.
  2. 2Place boneless pork chops on top of the soup.
  3. 3Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. 4Add a scoop of French onion dip onto each pork chop and spread it to cover each one.
  5. 5Break up the larger pieces of the stuffing mix and sprinkle it over the pork chops.
  6. 6Cover each pork chop with a slice of provolone cheese.
  7. 7Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees.
  8. 8Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes for browning.

  • 3-4 boneless pork chops

  • black pepper (optional)
  • garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 scoop per pork chop french onion dip
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 slice per pork chop provolone cheese
