Season 2 pounds of chicken breast with smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Mix the seasonings into the chicken breasts by hand.

Air fry or grill the seasoned chicken.

Chop the cooked chicken into cubes and set aside.

Prepare the sauce by combining reduced-fat cream cheese, fat-free cottage cheese, Parmesan, 2% evaporated milk, chicken broth, onion powder, Italian seasoning, 1 clove of garlic, and Kraft mac & cheese powder.
