Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 2Mix together baking mix, milk, eggs, and maple syrup.
  3. 3Grab a mini muffin pan and fill each muffin hole halfway.
  4. 4Cut precooked breakfast sausage links into quarters.
  5. 5Place a piece of sausage in the center of each muffin.
  6. 6Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes until the tops turn golden brown.
  7. 7Serve with syrup.

  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 pre-cooked breakfast sausage links
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
