Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Dice the potatoes.

Add the diced potatoes to a baking dish.

Add a couple of tablespoons of oil to the potatoes.

Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Mix everything together well.

Put the potatoes in the oven to cook.

Peel a white onion.

Dice the onion.

Brown the ground beef in a pan, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Once the meat is about 75% cooked, add the diced onions.

Remove the potatoes from the oven after 20 minutes.

Add half of the shredded cheese to the potatoes and mix it in.

Spread the cooked beef and onions on top of the cheesy potatoes.

Cover the dish with a piece of foil and bake for another 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove the foil and sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly over the top.

Bake for 10 more minutes, or until the cheese is nice and bubbly and melted.

Prepare the sauce by mixing 1/2 cup mayo, 1 tablespoon mustard, and 2 tablespoons ketchup.

Serve the burger bowls with a drizzle of the mayo sauce on top.
