Directions

  1. 1Cook beef skirt steak until tender and shred.
  2. 2Sauté onion, peppers, garlic, cumin, tomato paste, and crushed tomatoes to create a sauce.
  3. 3Mix shredded beef with the sauce.
  4. 4Mix corn flour with water to make the dough.
  5. 5Fill dough, use a bowl to mark and seal, and fry at 180 degrees.
