Olive Garden Fettuccine Alfredo
Directions
- 1Sauté 3 oz of butter and 1 tbsp of garlic for 1 minute.
- 2Add 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 0.5 tsp of salt, and 0.5 tsp of pepper.
- 3Pour in 1 1/2 cups of milk and 1/2 cups of heavy cream, then mix.
- 4Add 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
- 5Mix until smooth and creamy.
- 6Add cooked fettuccine and a portion of pasta water if needed.
- 7Mix well to coat the pasta.
