Libum: Honey Cheesecake
Directions
- 1Grind the ricotta cheese into a smooth consistency using a mortar and pestle.
- 2Mix the flour and the ricotta.
- 3Add one egg and mix until a dough ball forms.
- 4Place bay leaves on a baking sheet and place the dough on top of the leaves.
- 5Cut a cross into the dough.
- 6Bake the dough.
- 7Drizzle honey on top of the baked dough.
