Korean Cucumber Salad
Directions
- 1Slice the cucumber into rounds.
- 2In a bowl, mix together gochugaru, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and salt.
- 3Pour the sauce over the cucumber slices.
- 4Toss gently to coat.
